Privacy policy
Last updated 4 October 2026.
Brandoo helps local businesses publish campaigns that people can discover. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, including when we publish campaign content to the Brandoo Facebook Page and Instagram account.
Information you give us
- Account details: name, email address, and login credentials.
- Business profile: business name, category, city, address, phone, email, website, and links you add for Instagram, WhatsApp, or YouTube.
- Creator profile: name, handle, bio, city, category, avatar, and Instagram or YouTube links.
- Campaigns: titles, descriptions, offers, links, and photos you upload.
Information collected automatically
When someone views, clicks, or shares a campaign, we store that event with a session identifier and, if they are signed in, their account id. We use this to understand which campaigns are being seen. We do not sell this information.
Facebook and Instagram
Brandoo uses the Meta APIs to publish campaign photos and captions to the Brandoo Facebook Page and the connected Instagram professional account. For that, the app receives the Page id, the Instagram account id, and the id and link of each post it creates. It can also read engagement on those posts and manage comments on the Instagram account.
We use Meta data only to publish and manage content on Brandoo’s own Page and Instagram account. We do not sell it, and we do not give it to data brokers. Campaign text and images that we post there are public on those accounts in the same way as any other Page or Instagram post.
How we share information
Public campaigns, business details you choose to show, and public creator profiles are visible to anyone who uses Brandoo. We use Supabase to store accounts and content, and Amazon Web Services to host the site. We share information with those providers only so they can run the service. We share campaign content with Meta when we publish a post.
How long we keep it
We keep account and campaign information while the account or campaign exists. If you delete a campaign, we also remove the related Facebook and Instagram posts when the platform still allows it. Usage events are kept to measure campaign activity.
Your choices
You can update your business profile, creator profile, and campaigns from your dashboard, and you can delete a campaign there. To ask for your Brandoo account to be deleted, contact us using the details below.
