Terms of service
Last updated 23 October 2026.
Brandoo helps local businesses publish campaigns that people nearby can discover, and connects those businesses with creators who can share them. These terms apply whenever you use Brandoo, whether you browse campaigns, publish them, or promote them as a creator. By using Brandoo you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
Your account
- You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to create an account.
- Give accurate details about yourself and your business, and keep them up to date.
- Keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
Campaigns from businesses
Publishing a campaign on Brandoo is free. When you publish one, you confirm that:
- You run the business, or are allowed to advertise on its behalf.
- Offers, prices, dates, and locations are accurate, and you will honour them.
- You own, or have permission to use, every photo, logo, and piece of text you upload.
- The campaign follows the law, including advertising and consumer protection rules.
You keep ownership of your content. You give Brandoo permission to show it on Brandoo, to publish it to the Brandoo Facebook Page and Instagram account, and to use it to promote Brandoo, for as long as the campaign is live. When you delete a campaign, we stop showing it and remove the related Facebook and Instagram posts when the platform still allows it.
Creator promotions
Businesses can ask Brandoo to find creators for a campaign. Sending a request is free and does not commit you to anything. Our team reviews each request and contacts you when creators are interested. Any payment, deliverables, and timelines are agreed with you before work starts.
We do our best to match you with suitable creators, but we cannot guarantee that a creator will accept, or promise any particular reach, sales, or results.
Creators
- Your profile, handle, and audience details must be accurate and belong to you.
- When you share a campaign, follow the rules of the platform you post on, and clearly label paid or sponsored posts as required by the ASCI influencer advertising guidelines.
- Do not change a business’s offer or make claims about it that the campaign does not make.
Things you must not do
- Post anything illegal, misleading, hateful, sexually explicit, or harmful.
- Use someone else’s content, brand, or identity without permission.
- Send spam, or use Brandoo to collect other people’s personal information.
- Scrape the site, try to break or overload it, or get around its security or access limits.
Brandoo’s content
The Brandoo name, logo, site design, and campaign templates belong to Brandoo. You may use the templates to create campaigns on Brandoo and share those campaigns anywhere, but you may not copy or resell the templates themselves.
Removing content and accounts
We may review, edit for formatting, hide, or remove any campaign or profile, and may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put users at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why. You can stop using Brandoo and ask us to delete your account at any time.
Other services
Brandoo relies on services such as Google sign-in, Facebook, and Instagram. Your use of those services is also covered by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or how they work.
No guarantees
Brandoo is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Businesses are responsible for their own campaigns and offers, and Brandoo is not a party to any purchase between a business and its customers.
As far as the law allows, Brandoo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Brandoo changes. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will let you know on the site. If you keep using Brandoo after an update, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of India.
